I just finished my first online body weight challenge with Toronto Boxing academy. I loved it ! The workouts were amazing and each week I was able to increase my reps with each workout which has made me feel stronger ! My goals going into this challenge were to increase strength and maintain my weight and I’ve met those goals and plan to continue with more challenges in the future with Toronto Boxing Academy. Having to check in with the program daily helped me stay accountable and committed. The coach’s are available for any questions you may have about the exercises or even about diet plans. I would highly recommend these programs especially if you have a busy schedule. The workouts are accessible for you to do at your convenience at home so that makes it easy to fit into your day

great workout, very friendly staff. I was anxious when joining in as social activities/interactions (especially alone) can be challenging for me, but the group was amazing, the trainer was friendly, and I managed to pair up with an awesome guy who helped me go through the motions. I was able to pretty quickly decrease my anxiety when starting with the group and left the gym tired yet energized and feeling good physically and mentally. overall a great experience, intense workout, and at the end everyone walked around bumping gloves and showing respect to every single participant. this is definitely a great place to get started and learn the basics as a beginner. Seems like a great judgement free spot. I signed up for their trial month immediately after the bootcamp.
